Does this property have an Application fee?

Yes. There is a non-refundable application fee of $240.

Is an advanced payment required?

Yes. To secure your accommodation, a fee of $600 is due which is comprises of the $240 application fee, a $150 departure clean fee and a $210 security deposit.

Is there a cancellation fee once I have secured an apartment?

If you wish to cancel more than 28 days before your contract commences, the cost will be $240. Otherwise the full $600 cancellation fee will apply.

Do I need to pay a departure clean fee?

Yes, a departure cleaning fee of $150 will be requested upon application.

If I wanted to break my contract, what are the costs associated with this?

The cost will be 3 weeks occupancy fee plus GST, and occupancy fees paid until the apartment is occupied again.

What electricity cost am I responsible for?

Electricity costs are included into your occupancy fees

How much is the Internet / WIFI? Who is the provider and how much bandwidth do I have

Internet access and WIFI is provided by Vostronet and unlimited WIFI is included in your occupancy fees.

Do I need to organise my own Contents Insurance?

Are car parking spaces available?

Car parking spaces are available in the basement or ground floor for a cost of $264 per month or on the mezzanine level for $245 per month.  Bicycle spaces are free.

Can an extra guest stay with me and what is the cost and duration allowed?

With written approval for a maximum of 14 days per semester. Rollaway beds are available for a cost of $30 per night.

What are your check-in times and days?

Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm

Do you offer after hours check-in?

Yes, by prior arrangement only. Please contact us to make these arrangements.

What is the process for arranging an after hours check-in?

Contact our Customer Service Team during normal business hours to arrange your after hours arrival.
