UniLodge on Villiers is located on the corner of Villiers Street and Flemington Road in North Melbourne. The property is conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the University of Melbourne and RMIT. Across the street from the property you will find University of Melbourne’s Bio 21 Institute and tram stops to take you direct into the heart of the City.
UniLodge on Villiers also features facilities, exclusively for residents, such as the Level 6 Terrace with sparkling city views, communal lounge and fantastic study areas. When you’ve had enough of simply looking at the city, you can easily get to it from the tram stop right outside the door.
Offering studio style apartments, UniLodge on Villiers is perfect for students wanting private accommodation and independent living. The rooms are furnished with double beds, dining table with chairs, wall mounted TV, study desk and chair.
Each studio includes kitchen with gas stove, microwave oven and fridge/freezer, your own private bathroom, and unlimited high speed Wi-Fi Internet. Telephone connection is also provided (except for NRAS apartments). Depending on the style of apartment selected, some studios also have airconditioning and/or a dishwasher
