Terms & Conditions 

1. To be eligible for the 1 Week Rent Free offer, you must be classified as a new resident at UniLodge Student Living on Villiers. 
2. This offer is valid for new eligible bookings of One-Bedroom Standard Medium Rooms on a Semester 2, 2026 Full Year or Half Year leases only, made between 30/6/2026 – 25/7/2026 (“promotion period”), or until the allocation of 30 bookings is exhausted, whichever occurs first. 
3. Check in must be on, or prior to 25/7/2026; with a lease end date of 30/6/2027 (Full Year) or 31/1/2027 (Half Year).
4. All new residents must have paid their bond payment deposit to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer. 
5. Eligible residents will receive a total of 1 Week Free Rent which, will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the lease. 
6. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. 
7. This offer is valid at UniLodge Student Living on Villiers only and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand. 
8. If you decide to break your lease you will not be eligible for this offer and will no longer be eligible for the 1 Week Free Rent offer. 
9. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
