Terms & Conditions

1. To be eligible for the 1 Week Rent Free offer, applicants must be classified as new residents of Student Living on Villiers.
2. This offer is valid for new eligible bookings of the following room types:
   • 1-Bedroom Standard (Non-AC)
   • 1-Bedroom Medium (Non-AC)
   • 1-Bedroom Large (Non-AC)
3. This offer is limited to the first 15 eligible bookings, based on the available room allocation, or until the allocated rooms are sold out, whichever occurs first.
4. Eligible leases must commence between 26 August 2026 and 25 September 2026, inclusive.
5. All new residents must pay the required bond/deposit to secure their booking. Failure to make the required payment by the date specified in the Letter of Offer and/or Residential Agreement will make the booking ineligible for this offer.
6. Eligible residents will receive a total of 1 Week Rent Free, which will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the lease.
7. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
8. This offer is valid at Student Living on Villiers only and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
9. If the resident breaks, terminates or otherwise ends their lease before the agreed lease expiry date, they will no longer be eligible for the 1 Week Rent Free offer.
10. This offer is not valid for bookings that were deposited, received, confirmed or accepted prior to the commencement of this promotion.
11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other UniLodge offer or promotion.
12. This offer is available for eligible bookings made via education agents, booking agents or referral agents.
13. Eligibility is based on the date the application is received, provided the booking is subsequently confirmed and all required payments are completed by the due dates outlined in the Letter of Offer and/or Residential Agreement.
14. Room availability is limited and subject to allocation. UniLodge reserves the right to withdraw the offer once the eligible room allocation has been exhausted.
15. Pricing and availability are correct as at 25 August 2026.
