1. To be eligible for the Rent Free offer you must be classified as an eligible newly arriving offshore international student at one of the following properties: La Trobe University – Living at La Trobe in Bundoora, Bendigo, Albury Wodonga, Shepparton, Ballarat, Mildura, or Melton.
2. This offer applies only to new eligible bookings received and confirmed from 22.10.25 – 30.08.26 or until allocation is exhausted.
3. Contracts must commence on 02.02.26 for 52-week, Academic, and Semester 1 contracts and on 29.06.2026 for Semester 2 contracts.
4. This offer applies only to a minimum contract length of 20 weeks.
5. This offer ends on 30.08.26 or when allocation is exhausted.
6. All new residents must have paid their bond payment deposit to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
7. If a resident signs a Semester 1 or Semester 2 contract, they will receive a total of 1 Weeks Rent Free which will be applied at the end of the lease.
8. If a resident signs an Academic Year or 52 Week contract, they will receive a total of 2 Weeks Rent Free which will be applied at the end of the lease.
9. The rent credit will be applied at the end of the eligible resident’s lease.
10. The rent credit only applies to weekly rental payments and does not apply to weekly catering fees.
11. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
12. This offer is valid at La Trobe University – Living at La Trobe in Bundoora, Bendigo, Albury Wodonga, Shepparton, Ballarat, Mildura, or Melton, and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
13. If you decide to break your lease you will not be eligible for this offer and will no longer be eligible for the Rent-Free offer.
14. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted where offer was not applied.
