1. To be eligible for the Rent Free offer you must be classified as an eligible new International student of La Trobe University – Living at La Trobe in Bundoora, Bendigo, Albury Wodonga, Shepparton, Ballarat, Mildura, or Melton.
2. This offer applies only to bookings received and confirmed from 22.11.23 – 30.11.24 or until allocation is exhausted, using the Agent Code “LTU2W” at the time of booking.
3. Lease must commence prior to or on the 30.11.24.
4. This offer applies only to a minimum contract length of 22 weeks.
5. This offer ends 30.11.24.
6. All new residents must have paid their bond payment of $1,000 to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date in the Letter of Offer will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
7. If a resident signs a Semester 1 or 2 contract (22 weeks), they will receive a total of 1 Week Rent Free, applied at the end of the lease.
8. If a resident signs an Academic Year contract (44 weeks), they will receive a total of 2 Weeks Rent Free, applied at the end of the lease.
9. The rent credit only applies to weekly rental payments and does not apply to any other fees including catering fees.
10. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
11. This offer is valid at La Trobe University – Living at La Trobe in Bundoora, Bendigo, Albury Wodonga, Shepparton, Ballarat, Mildura, or Melton, and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
12. If you decide to break your lease you will not be eligible for the Rent Free offer.
