UniLodge on Twelfth Avenue is different to the rest of Brisbane's Student Accommodation - with 2x houses each offering rooming accommodation of four ensuited studio bedrooms with great shared facilities, including a large kitchen and living areas, making it a perfect home away from home. The share house also features one self-contained private studio room with its own kitchenette, lounge room and bathroom.
Facilities of the houses includes a games room, small, gym, laundry, swimming pool, electronic or key secured doors and BBQ. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, study desk and chair, flat screen TV, couch, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and air-conditioning. Each bedroom also has a balcony, perfect for putting your feet up and relaxing.
Located just a stroll away from the University of Queensland’s St Lucia campus and the shopping precinct at Hawken Drive where you can get all your groceries and take-away food. The location is so convenient that you do not even need a car, however if you have one there is some driveway space and loads of street parking.
