There is a common laundry complete with industrial washers and dryers on the first floor.
The top floor features a rooftop terrace complete with BBQ, outdoor seating and pool. On ground floor we also have an outdoor courtyard area for students to soak up some sun.
Easy access to public transport, with a bus stop located just one street away and taking you straight to UQ. Alternatively take a bus down coronation drive into the city, or better yet take the train, with the station just next to Toowong shopping village.
Building is equipped with swipe card access to all rooms and facilities, CCTV cameras and staff at all times to assist in making your home safe and secure.
Spacious, open plan makes for a great community vibe. The common area is equipped with cooking facilities to share a meal with friends, lounge areas to spend some quality time catching up on reading or playing board games, benches overlooking our garden are perfect for some quiet study, games tables and a movie theatre room for a cinematic experience with residents. Our versatile common area has something for everyone and will host various Residential Life events as well.
With unlimited internet and WiFi access you can access all your online study materials, watch Netflix or check your socials.
Beautiful rooftop terrace complete with pool for those sunny Brisbane days, what better way to relax by the pool with other residents and friends.
There is a kitchen on every second level of the building equipped with appliances for all your cooking adventures. Meet your fellow residents while preparing your breakfast, lunch and dinner, you never know they might be able to share some great cooking tips with you!
Parking is available upon request in our basement and is valued at $40 per week.
