On Cobden offers spacious, self-contained studio apartments in North Melbourne– perfect for those students who prefer their own living space. The apartments are fully furnished featuring a double size bed, living area with couch and TV, private ensuited bathroom plus heating and cooling. The kitchenettes allow for small cooking adventuresand some apartments also include a balcony.
The property has a great resident lounge with a Foxtel connected TV so you can relax or socialise with friends or fellow residents. Bike racks at the front of the property and in the undercover bike shed are available to all residents. The laundry room is open 24/7 and includes both washing machines and dryers. With the safety and security of our residents in mind, the property uses CCTV and electronic swipe cards to access the building's common areas and lifts. The kitchen in your apartment has all of your basic essentials, including fridge/freezer, sink, electric cooktop, microwave oven, and pantry space.
The laundry room includes both washing machines and dryers. Access to the laundry is available throughout the building. It costs $3 for the washer and $3 for the dryer.
There is a large outdoor balcony on Level 3.
The property is in a great location with close access to public transport. The tram stop is located 350m away, Tram number 19, 57 & 59.
Queen Victoria Market is located across the road and a wide array of fresh and cheap produce is available. There are many cafés and restaurants located within walking distance.
Resident safety is number one priority for UniLodge management. The property features secure access to the building – no one can enter the building without swipe card access or accompanied by a resident or staff.
