Student Living on Gailey offers modern student accommodation in St Lucia, Brisbane—perfect for students wanting to live close to uni. Located just 30 minutes’ walk from the University of Queensland and within 1km of Toowong Shopping Village, you’ll have easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport.
Choose from spacious, fully furnished two-bedroom apartments, available to lease as a whole or share with a friend. Apartments feature full kitchens, private bathrooms for each bedroom, study areas, and large balconies with Brisbane River views (selected apartments).
Designed with student safety in mind, the building includes secure swipe-card access and individual apartment entry cards.
10 bike racks are available for residents to use at no cost and are located in the carpark area under the building.
UniLodge on Gailey features an open plan common area on the first floor with seating, TV, drink fridge, kitchen sink, pool table and a vending machine.
Car parking is included in your rent (one per apartment) with Visitor Parking available at the front of the building.
The kitchen in your apartment has all of your basic essentials, including: fridge/freezer, gas stove, ducted range hood, dishwasher, microwave and oven.
With your convenience in mind, all of the apartments feature a washing machine and dryer in the apartment (shared by yourself and your roommate) this can be used at no extra cost to you.
Our on-site friendly customer service focused staff will be available offering general assistance and pastoral care services – you will always have someone there for you.
The property is in a great location with close access to public transport. There are 3 bus stops located within 50m of the front door of the property, going either towards the UQ St Lucia campus, Toowong Shopping Centre, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, South Bank cultural precinct, or the Brisbane CBD.
In St Lucia there is no shortage of eating spots. On campus there are cafes and small shops where you can buy everyday essentials. A short 5 to 10 minute walk away there is a large shopping centre (on Hawken Drive) which is also surrounded by a variety of food options – subway, cafes, Japanese, Italian, Thai, fish and chips and more. There is also a small convenience store nearby which sells halal products. Toowong, Indooroopilly and the Brisbane CBD are only a short bus ride away, too.

Building Security
Resident safety is number one priority for UniLodge management. The property features secure access to the building – no one can enter the building without swipe card access or in the company of a resident or staff.
Each apartment is furnished with at least a 32" television in the lounge room. And a 27" television in your own bedroom.
Internet with 120GB data is included in your rent. If 120GB isn’t enough to download all of your favourite music and movies and of course researching for your University assignments, you are able to purchase additional data.
