Dream of living near Uni?
UniLodge Auckland is more than just a building, it’s a village. There are two connected student complexes - UniLodge on Anzac and UniLodge on Beach, joined together with covered walkways. This gives you access to all the great facilities at both buildings! There are also onsite multilingual staff to help you throughout the year so you will feel right at home the moment you move in.
Both of our University of Auckland student accommodation facilities have been specifically designed with the student lifestyle in mind. Students can live in single studio or one bedroom apartments or choose to share with other students in two, three and four bedroom apartments. As in all UniLodge student housing facilities, student apartments are fully furnished and self contained, and students feel safe as each apartment operates with full security access.
UniLodge Auckland is conveniently located just outside the University of Auckland’s campus and the city is just a short walk away. We have an exclusive arrangement with the university to provide quality accommodation for its students so you know everything will be top notch. To secure your place, you need to apply directly to the University of Auckland.

Common Areas / Lounges / Games Room
UniLodge Auckland features some great common areas, on level seven - with a resident lounge with TV, study rooms, dining area, common kitchen, mini gym, movie theatre, swimming pool and sun deck, BBQ, Games room.
Car Park
Limited car parking is available at the property for an additional fee currently $69 per week
Gym and Pool
Access to the University of Auckland Recreation Centre is included in your rent, located on campus.
There is a lap pool on site, ground floor Beach Road property.
Kitchens
The kitchen in your apartment has all of your basic essentials, including: fridge/freezer, cooktop, range hood and microwave oven.
Studio apartments on Anzac do not have the cooktop.
Laundry
The laundry room includes both washing machines and dryers. Access to the laundry is available 24/7, so you can do your washing at any time of the day. The laundry room also includes ironing facilities. Cost is $3 per wash and $3 per drying cycle.

On-site Staff

If you need to make a photocopy or print off an assignment, one of our friendly customer service staff at reception can assist – charges apply
You can also use the printing facilities at the Univeristy of Auckland with your student ID card.

The property is in a great location with close access to public transport. Quick 10 minute walk to Britomart Central Railway Station and Central bus interchange.
