Our furnished apartments on Swanston Street are conveniently located within walking distance between RMIT University and The University of Melbourne. The unique location allows students to walk or cycle to lectures – meaning no need for public transport and therefore provides students with more time for studying or enjoying the extensive range of extra-curricular activities that the Universities have to offer. Being in such a central location means you can even head back to your Swanston Street accommodation for a quick lunch break or have a coffee on your private balcony with your friends.
If you do need to get around Melbourne, 570 Swanston Street has the convenience of a tram stop right at the front door! You can take a quick 10 minute walk to Melbourne Central Station to catch the metro train. There is also on-site car parking (at an additional cost) should you need to utilise one. Close by you have Lygon Street precinct – home to Melbourne’s Italian quarter with an abundance of restaurants and eateries. 10 minutes by foot has you in either the main city centre or in China Town – take your pick for shopping or eating.
