This property is situated in a top location, directly opposite the main pathway to the Australian National University campus. With public transport right on the doorstep to Academie House Canberra, students are able to travel comfortably and conveniently to nearby shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. On the ground floor of this building you will find a restaurant, café, hairdresser and a Healthcare facility. Across the road is a small supermarket, café and florist.

The kitchen in your apartment has all of your basic essentials, including: fridge/freezer, cooktop, ducted range hood and microwave oven.
Laundry
The laundry room includes both washing machines and dryers on each floor. Access to the laundry is available 24/7, so you can do your washing at any time of the day for $3.00 a wash and $3.00 a dry.

Our on-site friendly customer service focused staff will be available offering general assistance, counselling, and pastoral care services – you will always have someone there for you.
Photo-copying / Printing
If you need to make a photocopy or print off an assignment, one of our friendly customer service staff at reception can assist – charges apply.
