The BBQ area is located in the courtyard outside the South Building. To use it, sign in at Reception with your photo ID. Availability may vary based on demand, and please ensure the BBQ area is cleaned before returning the key.
Bike parking is available for residents and guests at Student Living – 590 Lygon. Bicycles must be parked in the designated area in the carpark.
The building is monitored 24/7 by CCTV, with secure access through unique key systems, ensuring the safety of our residents at all times.
Car parking is available at the property from $200 per calendar month. You must be a resident of the building to rent a car space. Please contact property staff via email to enquire.
24/7 resident lounge on the lower ground floor of the South Building – 570 Lygon. The room contains a large flat-screen TV and lounge chairs. The lounge also includes table tennis, a pool table, video games, and vending machines.
The gym is located on the lower ground floor of the South Building – 570 Lygon, offering a wide range of equipment. Residents using the gym equipment must ensure it is used in accordance with the instructions provided.
