2. The Summer Stay 2023 rate of $349* per week applies only to bookings between November 19, 2023 and February 8, 2024 with a minimum contract length of 4 weeks.
3. Weekly rent will be $349 per week per person. A saving of $104 per week will be applied to the existing rate of $453 per week.
4. All new residents must have paid their advance rent of two (2) weeks to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
5. Pricing is correct as at 19/10/2023.
6. Lease must end on or before 08/02/2024.
7. This offer is valid until 11/01/2024, unless sold out prior.

Delivery to the North Island typically takes 2-5 business days. Should you decide not to collect the goods and make payment, the charges will be added to your UniLodge account for payment.
