Guild House is located across the road from Curtin Stadium, on the corner of Kent Street and Jackson Road. It offers two main types of furnished student accommodation: private rooms in 35 six and four-bedroom apartments. Apartments are located at Curtin University on their Perth campus.
Both options include fully furnished living areas with sofas, a dining table and chairs, fan and essential kitchen items such as a fridge, freezer, stove (cooker) and microwave. Plus, unlike other providers we don’t charge you a security deposit or bond, as long as you’re a Curtin student!

Enjoy being a part of a culturally diverse community and fun social activities, including friendly sporting competitions between other on-campus properties. Outdoor exercise equipment is included on-site, including a beach volleyball court.
BBQ facilities are located in the common outdoor areas of the property. Residents can enjoy a BBQ with friends, family or prepare a dinner for one.
Bike storage is available for use though spaces are limited.
Our common room has a pool table, a table tennis table, foosball tables, couches, a television and a large projector for watching movies.
Parking at the complex is free but limited. If you plan to have a car, please contact us directly to find out about parking availability.
Curtin Stadium

How do I activate my new membership?
Simply visit the friendly team at Curtin Stadium Reception with proof of your residence and they will process your membership.
The kitchen in your apartment has all of your essentials including; fridge and freezer, sink, cooktop, storage space and microwave oven.
There is one laundry on site, with washing machines, dryers and sinks for hand washing.
Curtin Library, located on Perth campus, provides a vast collection of study materials, computers, study spaces, wireless technology and printing facilities.
There is a large outdoor common area for all residents, with BBQ facilities overlooking the beautiful gardens with exercise equipment, a beach volleyball court and a herb garden to unwind and socialise with friends.
Our on-site, friendly, customer service-focused staff will be available offering general assistance and pastoral care services – you will always have someone there for you.
Printing is available at multiple locations on campus using your student card.
The property is in a great location with close access to public transport. There is a bus stop just outside the entrance residence, which is also a five minute walk to Curtin University for all your classes.
Waterford Plaza Shopping Centre is just a short stroll across the road where you can find over 60 specialty stores all in one convenient location. Located on the corner of Kent Street and Manning Road in Karawara, access by car and public transport is easy via both the Kwinana Freeway and Albany Highway. You can explore all the flavours of the world right here with over 27 places to eat and drink, whilst soaking up the atmosphere of the Waterford Plaza High Street.
For your security, we provide special coded keys to access your unit, your bedroom, the common room and other areas such as laundries.
Within the common area of your apartment is a HD TV and there is a projector located in the main common area to watch movies and enjoy with friends and residents.
The property features high speed wireless broadband via the EDUROAM network for Curtin University students throughout the main common areas of the building.
Your Internet usage and connection is included in your utilities each week. Additional internet can be purchased should your needs require.
