Our student accommodation in Canberra is ideal for post-graduate students, offering a choice of deluxe one bedroom apartments or two bedroom multi share options. Ideal for the mature resident or couple these apartments are sure to impress. All the apartments are spacious and come with either a balcony or courtyard for that added comfort and relaxation. Each student apartment provides self-contained living with their own bathrooms, cooking facilities, television, beds, common area furniture and lighting.

Car Park
Secure underground car parking is available at the property for each apartment and short term visitor parking also.
The cost is included in the tenants rent. Anyone else that rents a space the cost is $240 per month.
Kitchens
The kitchen in your apartment has all of your basic essentials, including: fridge/freezer, cooktop, ducted range hood, dishwasher, and microwave oven.
Laundry
The apartments feature both a washing machine and a dryer, so you can do your washing at any time of the day.
Outdoor Area
Each apartment at Gould has a spacious courtyard or balcony.
On-site Staff
Our on-site friendly customer service focused staff will be available offering general assistance, counselling, and pastoral care services – you will always have someone there for you.
Public Transport
The property is in a great location with close access to public transport. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the central bus interchange.
Retail Shops in Precinct
There is an array of cafes and restaurants to suit everyone’s taste buds, from a 2 minute walk away. Located within a 10 minute walk is the Canberra Centre Shopping centre which offers a distinctive collection of over 50 retailers which include fashion outlets and micro boutiques with labels from London to Shanghai, a true global shopping experience.
Security
Resident safety is number one priority for UniLodge management. The property features secure access to the building – no one can enter the building without hard key access or in the company of a resident or staff.
Your bedroom is designed with safety in mind, access to your floor and apartment is via a hard key entrance.

Each apartment features a flat screen TV.
WIFI / Internet
The property features high speed broadband cabling throughout the apartments, however your Internet usage and connection is not included. You will need to set it up when you arrive, we can provide you with the details on how to do this when you check in.
Barbeque
BBQ facilities are available in Glebe Park which is just a short walk away – you can utilise the BBQ and either enjoy your meal in the park, or head back to your apartment to enjoy your BBQ meal whilst watching TV or simply relaxing.
