Q: Does this property have an Application fee?

No. There are no application fees.

Q: Is an advanced rental payment required?

Yes. To secure an apartment, the Tenant must pay the first month’s rental Package and any chosen options

Q: Is there a cancellation fee once I have secured an apartment?

Yes there are early termination fees and cancellations are considered the same as breaking a lease.

Q: Do I need to pay a departure clean fee?

UniLodge can arrange for the professional cleaning of your Apartment The cost to clean a room in Semester 1, 2019 is as follows: $240 for a studio apartment. $280 for a 2 bedroom small and standard room $300 for 2 bedroom large Pricing is based on prepayment of cleaning prior to arrival.

Q: If I wanted to break my lease, what are the costs associated with this?

Per Lease Agreement. The cost will be 2 weeks rent plus GST, $165 Advertising fee and Rent paid until the apartment is leased again.

Q: What electricity cost am I responsible for?

Each tenant pays for their energy as it is separately metered. Each tenant will hold their own account with an energy company. UniLodge recommends each tenant use a connection company called - On the Move.

Q: How much is the Internet / WIFI? Who is the provider and how much bandwidth do I have

Internet access and WIFI is provided by Vostronet and unlimited WIFI is included in your rental payments

Q: Do I need to organise my own Contents Insurance?
