Terms and Conditions:
- Sign a minimum 6 months lease on any room type at UniLodge JCU Halls of Residence – Burralga Yumba to receive the wavier of $350 Administration Fee.
- To be eligible for this offer, you must be classified as a current resident at the JCU On-Campus Accommodation, Townsville (Hall or College) at the time of application.
- This offer is only valid for bookings in 2022.
- This offer is valid until 1 September 2021 or until rooms are exhausted. The fee will be applicable if you apply for accommodation past this date.
- Your lease must commence prior to or on 12 February 2022.
- Choice of room will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Room types and room move requests will be subject to availability. Once offers have been sent, any further changes will be reviewed and are subject to availability at that time.
- To secure your place: You will receive a Letter of Offer for your application via email, this will include documents for completion and for you to pay the first two weeks rent and annual fees ($90 Activity, $30 Facilities, $30 Damages). You must pay these within 7 days of receiving the offer for the Administration Fee waiver and 2022 rates to be locked in.

- This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- This offer cannot be transferred or be exchanged for cash.
- This offer is not valid if booked via education agents, booking agents or referral agents.
- This offer is valid only at UniLodge JCU Halls of Residence – Burralga Yumba and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
