Student Living - Edge Apartments are different from regular student accommodation in Adelaide. Rather than being housed on one site, they’re strategically placed throughout central Adelaide at five locations close to colleges and universities.
Our Adelaide serviced apartments offer a range of accommodation options including three-bedroom townhouses to share with other residents and two-bedroom apartments for more privacy. The townhouses typically comprise of a single lockup garage, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, living and dining room and under-stair storage areas. The two-bedroom apartments feature two large bedrooms, well-equipped kitchens and balconies.
Some of the Townhouses are also located adjacent to the Adelaide Central Market, the popular China Town, the Adelaide TAFE College and the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Locations include Cypress Street, Gray Street, Grote Street, Queens Court, and Synagogue Place. All of the buildings are self-contained and fully furnished.
Lease start dates are flexible so click here to check our availability. Non-students are also welcome to book an apartment at Student Living - Edge Apartments.
The apartment complex features common areas on the 2nd floor which include a fully equiped kitchen, dining, lounge with TV, tutorial rooms and games room. However, Our Townhouses do not feature common areas.
All Townhouses (except East End apartments) have a single car garage. Residents will be issued with a remote.
The kitchen in your apartment has all of your basic essentials, including fridge/freezer, cooktop, ducted range hood and microwave oven.
Our three bedroom apartment features its own washing machine and clothes dryer – so convenient! Two bedroom apartment features a coin operated Common Laundry on Level 2, available for all residents to use 24/7.
Each property features a balcony.
All of the Edge Apartments are located in great locations with close access to public transport. A Quick 1 to 5 minute walk to a variety of public transport stops and stations from any building.
All of the Edge Apartments are situated within walking distance to Rundle Mall, Rundle Street, Chinatown, The Central Markets, 24/7 convenient stores and large supermarkets. Please ask our staff to show you on the map where the closest outlets are to your new home!
Bedrooms Security
With your security and safety in mind, each bedroom has its own lock for privacy.
Building Security
Resident safety is UniLodge's number one priority when it comes to property management. The property features secure access to the building – no one can enter the building without swipe card access or in the company of a resident or staff.
Each apartment features a 32'' flat screen television.
