Terms & Conditions:

4.    Eligible residents will receive:

5.    For both the Half Year lease term and Full Year lease term, the digital VISA Gift Card will be dispatched after 3 months of residency.
6.    The digital VISA Gift Card supplier will be True Rewards and the digital card will be supplied to the resident via the email address provided on their lease. To redeem and activate the offer, residents must follow the instructions provided in the email from True Rewards. All terms and conditions issued by True Rewards must be adhered to. 7.    This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, rent credit or any other benefit.
8.    All residents must have paid their advance rent of two (2) weeks to secure their booking. Applicants who fail to pay the required deposit by the specified date will be deemed ineligible for this offer.

10.    This offer is not valid for bookings that have already been deposited, received or accepted prior to 25/06/2026.
