• From UniLodge on Margaret: 20 minutes by bus  

There’s no shortage of buses making their way to Herston campus. The most convenient stops to get off at include the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital busway stop and the Herston busway stop. In peak times, you can expect buses to come by at least every 5 minutes.

The Brisbane public transport system is easy enough to navigate. If you’re living a little further out from campus, you can use the TransLink journey planner to find your way to uni.

When you’re not in class or completing assignments, Brisbane has plenty to keep you entertained. Less crowded than Sydney with more sunny days than Melbourne, Brisbane flaunts the perfect blend of outdoor adventure and metropolitan delight. Get up close with Australian wildlife at the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary or check out beautiful panoramic views of Brisbane at the Mount Coot-tha Lookout.
