2. This offer applies only to bookings received and confirmed from 22.11.23 – 30.09.24 or until allocation is exhausted, using the Agent Code “LTU2W” at the time of booking.
3. Lease must commence prior to or on the 30.09.24.
4. This offer applies only to a minimum contract length of 22 weeks.
5. This offer ends 30.09.24.
6. All new residents must have paid their bond payment of $1,000 to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date in the Letter of Offer will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
7. If a resident signs a Semester 1 or 2 contract (22 weeks), they will receive a total of 1 Week Rent Free, applied at the end of the lease.
8. If a resident signs an Academic Year contract (44 weeks), they will receive a total of 2 Weeks Rent Free, applied at the end of the lease.
9. The rent credit only applies to weekly rental payments and does not apply to any other fees including catering fees.
10. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
