Terms and Conditions

1. To be eligible for the 1 Week Rent Free offer, you must be classified as a new resident, or a current resident entering into a new accommodation agreement, at UniLodge Park Central and book a minimum lease term of 6 months (26 weeks) in a 6 Bedroom Apartment.
2. To be eligible for the 2 Weeks Rent Free offer, you must be classified as a new resident, or a current resident entering into a new accommodation agreement, at UniLodge Park Central and book a minimum lease term of 12 months (52 weeks) in a 6 Bedroom Apartment.
3. This offer applies only to new eligible bookings received between Wednesday, 3 June 2026 and Friday, 12 June 2026 inclusive, or until the promotional allocation is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
4. To qualify for this offer, the accommodation agreement must commence on or before Friday, 31 July 2026.
5. This offer is valid only for eligible rooms within a 6 Bedroom Apartment at UniLodge Park Central. No other room types are included in this promotion.
6. All eligible residents must complete the required booking process and pay the applicable bond and/or deposit by the due date specified by UniLodge Park Central. Failure to pay the required amount by the specified due date will result in the resident being deemed ineligible for this offer.
7. Eligible residents will receive either 1 week rent free or 2 weeks rent free, depending on the lease term selected, as outlined in clauses 1 and 2. The rent-free amount will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the lease term, provided the resident has complied with the terms of their accommodation agreement.
8. The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit outside of the accommodation agreement, or any other benefit.
9. This offer is valid at UniLodge Park Central only and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
10. If a resident cancels their booking, does not proceed with their accommodation agreement, or terminates/breaks their lease before the agreed lease end date, the resident will no longer be eligible to receive the rent-free offer.
11. This offer does not apply to bookings that were received, accepted, confirmed or deposited prior to Wednesday, 3 June 2026.
12. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other UniLodge promotion, discount, incentive, special offer or rental concession, unless otherwise approved in writing by UniLodge.
13. This offer is available for eligible bookings made directly with UniLodge Park Central or via approved education agents, booking agents or referral agents.
14. Pricing and availability are correct as at Wednesday, 3 June 2026 and are subject to change without notice.
15. UniLodge reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
16. Eligibility for this offer is subject to final approval by UniLodge Park Central. UniLodge’s decision regarding eligibility is final.

*Free rent refers to a rental credit applied to the resident’s account at the end of the eligible lease term, subject to these terms and conditions.
