Terms & Conditions 

1. You must be classified as a new eligible resident at UniLodge Park Central to qualify for this offer. 

2. This offer is valid for new applications and bookings received during the promotional period. 

3. This offer is valid for bookings across all room types at UniLodge Park Central. 

4. This offer is valid for new bookings and deposits received between 21/10/2026 and 31/12/2026, unless the promotion is withdrawn earlier by UniLodge Park Central in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

5. Eligible leases must commence on or before 22/02/2027. 

6. Eligible residents will receive the following incentive based on their lease term: 

1. * Full Year & Academic Year bookings: Two (2) weeks rent free. 

2. † Half Year bookings: One (1) week rent free. 

3. ‡ Semester Only bookings: $100 laundry credit. 

7. This offer is available for bookings made directly through the UniLodge website and bookings submitted via the agent booking portal by education agents, booking agents or referral agents. 

8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, incentive or special offer. 

9. This offer is not valid for existing bookings where a deposit has already been paid, or the booking has been accepted or confirmed prior to the commencement of this promotion. 

10. * For Full Year and Academic Year lease terms, the two (2) weeks rent free will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the lease term. 

11. † For Half Year lease terms, the one (1) week rent free will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the lease term. 

12. ‡ For Semester Only lease terms, eligible residents will receive $100 in laundry credit, which must be collected from the UniLodge Park Central reception desk within four (4) weeks of check-in. The laundry credit does not have an expiry date once issued. Any unused laundry credit cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or refunded. 

13. * † Residents must fulfil their full original lease term to receive the rental credits associated with this offer. 

14. * † If a resident terminates their lease early, transfers rooms or otherwise fails to complete their original lease term, any rental credits associated with this promotion will be forfeited. 

15. All new bookings must pay the required two (2) week deposit to secure their booking, as outlined in the Letter of Offer, by the specified due date. Failure to pay the deposit by this date will result in the booking being deemed ineligible for this promotion. 

16. Only one promotional incentive is available per eligible booking, determined by the lease term selected. 

17. This offer cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, refunded or redeemed for any other benefit. 

18. This offer is valid at UniLodge Park Central only and is not available at any other UniLodge property. 

19. UniLodge Park Central reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Any changes or withdrawal of the promotion will not affect the entitlements of residents who have already secured an eligible booking and satisfied the applicable promotional requirements.
