No this is not included in your rental payments however cover can be provided at an additional cost as per below: $90 – 6 month lease $150 – 12 month lease $4 per week – pay as you go

Do you have an extra guest charge?

There is no charge for a guest for up to three nights in a studio apartment only.

What do I do if I, or my family need somewhere to stay prior to checking into UniLodge?
