Yes! We welcome UNSW Foundation Year students, UNSW Undergraduate students and UNSW Institutions students – under 18 years old students. We have various policies and a specially designed building to ensure younger students are cared for, this also includes 24-hour service and on site management.

$335 is non-refundable Application Fee and $165 will go towards a $1,000 Security Deposit upon confirmation of your reservation. If you are on our waitlist and we are unable to offer you a room the full $500 will be returned to you.

Book for 2021 and get free WiFi internet - save up to $386* a year! *T&Cs Apply. This offer is only valid for bookings for 2021. WiFi internet normally costs $41 per month, $193 per semester and $386 per year.
Broadband internet connection is available in every bedroom and the common study room. The connection is linked to the University of New South Wales Information Technology department where you will be able to conveniently manage your accounts together with your university amenities.
