No, we do not charge an application fee.

Yes. To secure the room you are required to pay a bond (4 weeks rent) + 2 weeks rent in advance.

Are car parking spaces available?

Yes car parking spaces are free with each apartment and 20 bicycle spaces are free.

Do I need to pay a departure clean fee?

You may choose one of the following options: Arrange you own professional cleaner and provide us with the cleaning receipt as proof; or Request Student Living to arrange cleaning on your behalf, and we will forward the cleaning invoice to you. Please note that the room must be returned in a clean and tidy condition.

If I wanted to break my lease/contract, what are the costs associated with this?

For residents to cancel their contract, they need to give at least 4 week's notice and pay one week's rent as the contract termination fee as well as continued payment for the accommodation until the start date of a replacement tenant.

What utility costs am I responsible for?

Utility charges are separately metered so the tenant is responsible for these costs per their plan.

How much is the Internet / WIFI? Who is the provider and how much bandwidth do I have?

Residents are responsible for setting up their own internet services. You may choose any internet service provider that services that area.

Do I need a mattress protector?

No, a mattress protector will be provided to you.

Do I need to organise my own Contents Insurance?

Yes this is not included in your rent.

Unfortunately, we do not offer check-ins outside of specified check-in times.
