Brand new apartments with appliances (Fisher & Paykel oven, cooktop, dishwasher; Haier fridge, washer, dryer), reverse cycle heating/cooling, secure storage cage, access to all resident amenities (gym, co-working hub, lounges, rooftop, wellness hub).

Is the accommodation fully furnished?

Yes, furnished options are available.

What is the minimum lease term?

12 months preferred but you can request flexible options.

Is the property pet-friendly?

Yes, pets are welcome. Includes dog wash, dog run.

Are there laundry facilities on-site or in the apartment?

Yes, each apartment has a functional laundry with washer and dryer.

Is there air conditioning and heating in the rooms?

Yes, heating and cooling in living rooms and bedrooms.

Are there options for single or shared rooms?

Yes, studios, 1, 2 & 3-bedroom apartments are available (single or shared living).

Is there a secure like storage area or parking available?

Is there a co-working or study space available for residents?
