UniLodge can arrange for the professional cleaning of your Apartment The cost to clean a room in Semester 1, 2019 is as follows: $330 for a 1 bedroom apartment. $390 for a twin share apartment. $495 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Pricing is based on prepayment of cleaning prior to arrival

If I wanted to break my lease, what are the costs associated with this?

The cost will be 2 weeks rent plus GST, $165 Advertising fee and Rent paid until the apartment is leased again.

What electricity cost am I responsible for?

Each tenant pays a once off connection and disconnection of $50 for the electricity account. Usage costs and service fees will apply for the combined electricity and water account.

How much is the Internet / WIFI? Who is the provider and how much bandwidth do I have?

Internet access and WIFI is provided by Vostronet and unlimited WIFI is included in your rental payments.

Do I need to organise my own Contents Insurance?
