Yes. To secure an apartment, the resident must pay a Security Deposit equal to 4 weeks’ worth of rent, Application Fee of $55, Departure Cleaning Fee of $150 and the first two weeks of rent and utilities. Prices vary depending on the room type and contract length.
Greater than 14 days before the start date of your contract:
Non-refundable: Application Fee of $55.
Refundable: Security Deposit, Departure Cleaning Fee of $150 and two weeks of Occupancy Fees.
Between 1 and 14 days before the start date of your contract:
Cancellation Fee equivalent to two weeks of Occupancy fees.
Non-refundable: Application Fee of $55.
Refundable: Security Deposit, Departure Cleaning Fee of $150.
On or after the start date of your contract:
Cancellation Fee equivalent to two weeks of Occupancy fees.
Non-refundable: Application Fee of $55 and Departure Clean Fee of $150.
You are responsible for payment of the Occupancy Fees and your Security Deposit will be retained by UniLodge until a suitable replacement is secured.
Limited parking available at $13.00 per vehicle, per week. Permits are provided with 24-hour access to a parking space for the duration of your agreement. Applications are approved on a “first in, first served” basis.

The resident will be charged an Early Termination Fee equal to two weeks of Occupancy Fees and will be responsible for finding a suitable replacement to take over the remainder of the contract.

Internet access and WIFI is provided by Connectmy.net and speed and download vary by plan. You'll receive 10GB of internet data per month.
Yes, you need to use a mattress protector which we will provide on your check in.
