Whether you need help with personal safety, health, or overall wellbeing, Sonder makes it easy to get support whenever and wherever you need it. And if English isn’t your first language, that’s okay too—you can chat with Sonder in any language.
Sonder is available to support you with:
- 24/7 confidential support from qualified professionals via chat or call.
- In-person assistance in metro areas within 20 minutes for urgent needs.
- Safety features such as ‘Check on Me’ and ‘Track My Journey’.
- The Sonder team are multilingual can support you in any language.
- Safety notifications if a potential threat is detected nearby, with proactive follow-up to confirm wellbeing.
- Access to trained nurses and psychological assistance at the touch of a button.
- All Sonder support staff are trained in mental health first aid, under the guidance of a clinical psychologist and emergency doctor.
