What items will I need to buy before I move in that are not in the apartment or not available at UniLodge to buy?

You will need to bring with you:


	Cutlery
	Crockery
	Saucepans and other cooking utensils
	Cleaning products
	Linen
	Towels
	Pillows and Doona/Blanket


You can order most of these products from Your Shop and have them ready in your unit when you arrive!

How close is the nearest supermarket?

UniLodge Wattle has many local amenities within walking distance, including Broadway Shopping Centre &ndash; 400m and Central Park Retail &ndash; 600m which both include supermarkets.

How much is car parking?

Car parking is not available at the property.

Is there extra storage outside my unit?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately there are no extra storage spaces at UniLodge Watte Lane.

After I move in who is the best person to ask if I have any questions?

The contract period available is a minimum of 6 months. There are some limited shorter term options available &ndash; contact us to discuss your needs.

What do I have to do when I have a visitor?

Accepted Answer

You are required to advise Reception in advance of any visitors. It is essential that we know who is in the building at all times in case of an emergency. Overnight guests are not permitted.

What is a Security Deposit?

Accepted Answer

A Security Deposit is payable, equivalent to 4 weeks occupancy fees. A Security Deposit is money that the resident pays at the beginning of your residency which UniLodge can claim on behalf of the owner if the resident owes money for occupancy fees, damages, or other costs at the end of your residency. The Security Deposit is not the same as paying occupancy fees in advance. The Security Deposit will be refunded to the resident once the apartment is vacated and is in good condition following the completion of the Exit Condition Report.

Don&rsquo;t like cleaning? That&rsquo;s ok!  For an additional fee we can assist in organising a regular clean of your apartment so you have more time to hit the books, mingle with your friends in the great common areas, or explore Sydney!

iTrain Gym in Broadway &ndash; 6 minute walk, 500m offers discount membership to UniLodge Wattle Lane residents; Victoria Park Pool &ndash; 7 minute walk, 550m; Prince Alfred Park Pool &ndash; 11 minute walk, 800m; Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre (Pool & Sauna) &ndash; 12 minute walk, 950m.
