Pricing is based on prepayment of cleaning prior to arrival.
Per Lease Agreement. The cost will be 2 weeks rent plus GST, $165 Advertising fee and Rent paid until the apartment is leased again.
Each tenant pays for their energy as it is separately metered. Each tenant will hold their own account with Energy On.
Unlimited Internet/WiFi is provided by Superloop and is included in your rental package.

Yes car parks are available for a fee of $79 per month on a 12 month lease or $99 per month for a 6 month car park lease. Bike spaces are free.

Monday to Friday 12pm and 2pm (excluding public holidays). Further information regarding available check-in dates and times will be provided in the confirmation of accommodation email.
Check-ins are Monday to Friday only – we are unable to do check-ins after hours, on weekends or Public Holidays due to Victorian legislation requirements. We recommend that you prearrange a hotel or alternative accommodation until you are able to check in during check-in hours.
