BBQ facilities are located at the property and free for all residents to use – you can enjoy a BBQ with your friends, or prepare dinner for one.
Bike racks are available to all residents and are located in the undercover car park.
Large common room area located on the ground floor featuring big screen TV with Foxtel, Netflix, gaming console with the latest games, comfy couches and tables. Throughout the building there are multiple study rooms available to residents for group study and those wanting to complete big projects
Carparking is available at the property from $200 per calendar month. You must be a resident of the building to rent a car space, please contact property staff via email to enquire.
The laundry room includes both washing machine and dryers. Access to the laundry is available throughout the building. It costs $5 for the washer and $5 for the dryer.
There is an outdoor area on Ground Floor (restricted hours – available until 10pm).
If you need to make a photocopy or print an assignment, one of our friendly customer service staff at the administration office can assist – charges apply.
The property is at a great location with close access to public transport. The tram stops for trams number 1 and 6 are located right outside the building.
A short 2 minute walk to Lygon Street Italian Precinct, better known as Melbourne’s Little Italy. There is an array of shops, cafes and restaurants to suit everyone’s needs. There is also a Woolworths Supermarket just 2 mintues walk inside the Lygon court.
Resident safety is number one priority for UniLodge's property management. The property features secure access to the building - no one can enter the building without swipe card access or in the company of a resident or staff.
Throughout the building there are multiple study rooms available to residents, ideal for group study and those wanting to complete big projects.
Vending machines are located in the common area on ground floor.
