Q: Does this property have an Application fee?

Yes. To secure an apartment, the resident must pay a Security Deposit, Application Fee ($55), and Departure Cleaning Fee. Prices vary depending on the room type.

Q: Do I need a mattress protector?

Yes, you need to use a mattress protector which we will provide on your check in.

Q: How much is the Internet / WIFI? Who is the provider and how much bandwidth do I have?

Internet access and WIFI is provided by Connectmy.net and speed and download varies by plan.

Q: What utility costs am I responsible for?

Water and electricity are included in your utility fee.

Q: If I wanted to break my lease, what are the costs associated with this?

The resident will be charged a Early Termination Fee equal to two weeks of rent (dependent on room type) and will be responsible for finding a suitable replacement to take over the remainder of the contract.

Q: Do I need to pay a departure clean fee?

Yes - The departure clean fee varies by room and contract length is payable in advance to secure your room. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Q: Is there a cancellation fee once I have secured an apartment?

Greater than 14 days before the start date of your contract the following amounts will be refundable: Two weeks of the security deposit, annual cleaning fee Between 1 to14 days before the start date of your contract: Cancellation Fee equivalent to two weeks of occupancy fees (amount dependent on room type). You are also responsible for payment of the occupancy fees until a suitable replacement resident secured. On or after the contract start date: Cancellation Fee equal to two week of Occupancy Fees (amount dependent on room type). Your are also responsible for payment of the Occupancy Fees until a suitable replacement resident is secured.

Q: Is an advanced payment required?

Buildings & apartments accessible by electronic swipe card, lockable bedrooms, CCTV monitoring select areas 24 hours a day, security patrols from 10pm to 5am every day.

Car Parking

Limited parking available at $13.00 per vehicle, per week. Permits are provided with 24-hour access to a parking space for the duration of your agreement. Applications are approved on a “first in, first served” basis.
