Inclusions: Car parking, electricity, internet, and water.

All areas of the building are secured with electronic key card access, offering peace of mind and safety.

Applicable fees upon a successful booking application:  

• Administration fee: $350
• Application fee: $55
• Residential Life Program (events & activities): $100 per year
• Facilities fee: $30 per year
• Damages fee: $30 per year
• Departure clean: $220 (payable at the beginning of the lease)

Accessible rooms with larger space are available upon request.
