Our studio apartments are also available for short stays, perfect for those visiting James Cook University for a placement or short-term stay. 

Each studio includes:

• Kitchenette with toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, and basic cooking utensils

• King single bed

• Enclosed balcony 
• Study desk with chair and desk lamp 
• Air conditioning and ceiling fan

• Laundry with washers, dryers, and ironing boards

• Wi-Fi throughout (Eduroam access only)

Inclusions: Car parking, electricity, internet, and water.

Housekeeping and linen change are not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. Please enquire if interested.
