Our six-bedroom multi-share apartments are ideal for students who want to live with a group of friends or meet new people! 

As the most cost-effective option, these apartments feature a spacious shared living area and two shared bathrooms, while each student enjoys a secure, private bedroom, which can only be accessed with their own key card. 

Shared areas include:

• Kitchen with toaster, kettle, microwave, and fridge/freezer
• Dining area with table and chairs
• Lounge with TV

Private bedrooms include:

• Individual electronic key card access
• Enclosed private balcony
• King single bed
• Wardrobe
• Study desk with chair and desk lamp
• Air conditioning and ceiling fan 

Building facilities include: 

• Laundry with washers, dryers, and ironing boards
• Gym
• Recreational room with pool table and table tennis
• BBQs
• Media room
• Study rooms with computer lab
• Wi-Fi throughout
• Bicycle storage

Inclusions: Car parking, electricity, internet, and water.

All areas of the building are secured with electronic key card access, providing peace of mind and safety. 

Applicable fees upon a successful booking application: 

• Administration fee: $350
• Application fee: $55
• Residential Life Program (events & activities): $100 per year
• Facilities fee: $30 per year
• Damages fee: $30 per year
• Departure clean: $220 (payable at the beginning of the lease)
