Vickery House has 42 single-storey six and eight-bedroom fully furnished apartments located on boundary of Curtin University’s campus.
Situated within attractive gardens, it’s a short distance to major public transport and is the closest property to the centre of campus. It is located next to Canning College which has options for domestic under 18's.
You’ll live in a fully equipped apartment with single bed, study desk and kitchen as well as a common space of two bathrooms, lounge area and dining table. When you need to relax, you can enjoy our common areas which include a music room with a drum kit, keyboard and microphone.
Plus, unlike other providers we don’t charge you a security deposit or bond, as long as you’re a Curtin student!

BBQ facilities are located in the common outdoor areas of the property. Residents can enjoy a BBQ with friends, family or prepare a dinner for one.
Bike storage is available for use though spaces are limited.
Our common room has a pool table, a table tennis table, couches, a television for watching movies. The common room can be booked for resident functions.
Parking at the complex is free but limited. If you plan to have a car, please contact us directly to find out about parking availability.

How do I activate my new membership?
Simply visit the friendly team at Curtin Stadium Reception with proof of your residence and they will process your membership.
The kitchen in your apartment has all of your essentials including; fridge and freezer, sink, cooktop, storage space and microwave oven.
There is one laundry on site, with washing machines, dryers and sinks for hand washing.
Curtin Library at Curtin University Perth campus, provides a vast collection of study materials, computers, study spaces, wireless technology and printing facilities.
There is a large outdoor common area for all residents, with BBQ facilities to socialise with friends.
Our on-site, friendly, customer service-focused staff will be available offering general assistance and pastoral care services – you will always have someone there for you.
Printing is available at multiple locations on campus using your student card.
The property is in a great location with close access to public transport. There is a bus stop just outside the entrance residence, which is also a five minute walk to Curtin University for all your classes.
For your security, we provide special coded keys to access your unit, your bedroom and various common rooms throughout the property.
Within the common area of your apartment is a HD TV and there is a projector located in the main common area to watch movies and enjoy with friends and residents.
The property features high speed wireless broadband via the EDUROAM network for Curtin University students throughout the main common areas of the building.
