• This offer is valid for all new bookings received from the 20/09/2025 to 30/11/2025.
• You must be classified as a new resident of UniLodge @ UC – Campus West be eligible for this offer.
• The free 2 weeks rent will be applied as a 2-week rental credit in the last 2 weeks of the lease period.
• This offer is only valid to students with a valid student ID number and proof of enrolment. This offer is not available to anyone who is not a student.
• This offer is only available for a signed lease to a Full Year contract
• In case the resident moves to another property, the resident will no longer be eligible for this offer. 
• You will not be eligible for the offer if you break or end the lease early
• This offer can only be claimed once per person.
• This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• This offer is only valid at UniLodge @ UC – Campus West and is not available at any other UniLodge properties in Australia or New Zealand.
• This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
• All new bookings must have all lease documents signed and their full deposit paid to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
• This offer is not valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents via the agent booking portal.
