• Leases must commence on or before 5 January 2026.
• A minimum contract length of 4 weeks applies to be eligible.
• All new bookings must pay a two weeks’ rent deposit to secure their booking by the date outlined in their letter of offer. Failure to pay the deposit by the specified date will result in the booking being deemed ineligible.
• Eligible new arrivals will receive one complimentary kitchen pack per apartment. Kitchen packs are subject to limited stock availability and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The discounted Flexi Stay rate applies only to Summer Stay bookings made under this promotion.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted during the discounted Summer Stay lease period.
• This offer is only valid at UniLodge Toowong and is not available at any other UniLodge properties in Australia or New Zealand
