Yes, to be a resident at UniLodge you need to have a current and valid COE (confirmation of enrollment- but NOT offer letter) / student ID from the date you apply for your room and throughout your entire stay as per the dates on your contract agreement. Please contact us if you have any questions.
If you were not successful in receiving a visa to study in Australia before the commencement of your lease start date, we ask that you write an email requesting cancellation, which must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. You will then be formally advised that your lease agreement will then be cancelled without penalty.

Yes you can cancel your booking before you move in. You will get your deposit back in full if you cancel 30 or more days in advance of your contract start date, otherwise a cancellation fee applies.
Before moving in, you’ll need to purchase personal items such as bedding, kitchenware, and any other essentials not included in your room all of these items are available for purchase at Your Shop.
Yes, however break lease fees and policies will apply to your existing room.
The closest supermarketing is a Woolwirth that is 350m away from the property. Other essential shops such as pharmacies, asian groceries, clothing and restaurants are also within the 350m radius to UniLodge Perth Central.
UniLodge Perth Central will not offer dual occupancy for all room types.

The rates on the website apply to per person (not shared between roomates) - this applies to all shared rooms/apartments such as Twin Studios and 3,4,5 bedroom apartments.
When you apply for a room at UniLodge Perth Central a security bond of 4 weeks of rent and advance fortnight payment (in total 6 week's of rent) within the 48-hour period of receiving your Letter of Offer is required to secure your room or apartment. You will also need to provide a receipt to the reservations team to confirm your payment.
We do not have an onsite parking as we are centrally located to public transport (Mciver Train Station & the Yellow Cat Bus), however there is a Wilson Parking structure next to the property at 301 Wellington Street or 306 Wellington Street. Please contact Wilson Parking for monthly rates or any student discount deals available.
Yes, we have x2 bike storages. One regular and a E-bike storage for them to store & charge. There is no hiring fee and is restricted to one bicycle per person.

We will not allow guests to stay overnight, guests can only visit during the day. As this is a secure student accommodation building, all residents are required to meet their guests at the entrance door as this is only accessible by a resident swipe card/key.

Studios, Twins and 5-bed Multishare apartments are available on both standard and high floors, levels 3-17 are considered standard floors and levels 18-29 are considered high floors. Accessible Studios, 3- Bed Multishare Apartments and 4-Bed Multishare Apartments are not available on high floors.
