No. There are no application fees.
Yes. To secure an apartment, the Tenant must pay the first month’s rental Package and any chosen options.
Yes there are early termination fees and cancellations are considered the same as breaking a lease.
UniLodge can arrange for the professional cleaning of your Apartment. The cost to clean a room in Semester 1, 2021 is as follows:
Pricing is based on prepayment of cleaning prior to arrival.
Per Lease Agreement. The cost will be 2 weeks rent plus GST, $165 Advertising fee and Rent paid until the apartment is leased again.
Each tenant pays for their energy as it is separately metered. Each tenant will hold their own account with OC Energy who manage the embedded network.
Unlimited internet/WiFi is provided by Superloop and included in your rental package.
No this is included in your rental package with coverage to a value of $3,000.
