Eligible households can access reduced rent at Swift Walk, set at 25% below the market rate for the same home. The Australian Government helps cover the difference between what you pay and the market rate. View full details here.

Rent is paid monthly (every 2nd Wednesday).
All renters will need to make a Bond payment, which is typically 4-weeks worth of rent in advance.
A Bond is a security payment that helps protect both you and the property during your stay. Your Bond is lodged safely with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA), where it’s held in trust until your lease ends. At that point, it’s either fully refunded to you or used in part to cover any outstanding rent or property damage.
Yes, car parking is available for residents at an additional cost.
Yes, furnished apartments are available for rent at additional costs.
Yes, pets are allowed. You will require written consent from the Rental Provider first.
Swift Walk offers a variety of amenities for its residents. These include: a gym, workshop, lending library, community hall, co-working spaces, as well as rooftop recreation spaces with native and indigenous landscaping. All are centred around the community plaza across the ground floor.
Swift Walk is conveniently located between Kensington train station and Macaulay train station.
The closest supermarket is FoodWorks, a short 6-minute walk away from Swift Walk.
