How do I apply for a lease?

Apply online to secure your new home at Caulfield Place. Once your application is received, we’ll send you a rental offer. To confirm, simply pay your first month’s rent and any chosen service options. A bond equal to one month’s rent is also required before moving in. Have questions? Our team is here to help.
 

Is there a minimum contract term?

Yes, we offer 6- and 12-month lease options. From time to time, shorter or longer lease periods may also be available. Simply chat with our team to see what’s possible.
 

What is not included in my rent include?

At Caulfield Place, your rent does not include internet, utilities (water and power). Easy connection has been made available for you. 
 

Do you have car parking facilities?

Yes, Caulfield Place offers secure underground parking with 253 spaces available for residents. You’ll also have access to convenient onsite electric vehicle charging.
 

What is a Bond?

A bond is a security payment that helps protect both you and the property during your stay. At Caulfield Place, your bond is lodged safely with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA), where it’s held in trust until your lease ends. At that point, it’s either fully refunded to you or used in part to cover any outstanding rent or property damage.
 

How much is the Bond?

The bond at Caulfield Place is equal to one month’s rent.

If I really want to move apartments after I move in, is that possible?

Your Residential Tenancy Agreement applies to the specific apartment you’ve moved into. However, if you’d like to explore moving to another apartment, simply get in touch with our team and we’ll be happy to discuss your options.
 

Is there extra storage outside my apartment?

There isn’t additional storage outside your apartment at Caulfield Place. Beds are designed with extra space underneath for luggage. For larger items, we recommend using a local storage provider.
 

Are there nearby transport links?

Yes, Caulfield Place has excellent transport connections. Caulfield Station is just a short walk away, giving you easy access to trains, trams and buses. From here, it’s only 9km to Melbourne’s CBD.
 

Do I need to provide my own furniture and appliances?

You won’t need to worry about setting up your new home. All apartments at Caulfield Place come with modern Fisher & Paykel appliances, including an induction cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Fully furnished options are also available for a seamless move-in.
 

When will apartments be ready to move into?

First residents will move in from mid December 2025.

What types of apartments will be available?

Studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments, with furnished and unfurnished options available. Many layouts also include a dedicated study nook for work or study from home.

Are apartments furnished?

Move straight in with a fully furnished apartment, or keep it flexible with an unfurnished one. Either way, you’ll enjoy premium Fisher & Paykel appliances, fridge, washer, dryer and cooktop, in every home.

Are pets welcome?

Yes, Caulfield Place is pet friendly, with a dog run and pet grooming facilities on site
