Does this property have an Application fee?

No. There are no application fees.

Is an advanced rental payment required?

Yes. To secure a room, the Tenant must pay the first month’s rental Package and any chosen options.

Is there a cancellation fee once I have secured an apartment?

Yes there are early termination fees and cancellations are considered the same as breaking a lease.

Do I need to pay a departure clean fee?

UniLodge can arrange for the professional cleaning of your Apartment. Pricing is based on prepayment of cleaning prior to arrival.

If I wanted to break my lease, what are the costs associated with this?

Per Lease Agreement. The cost will be 2 weeks rent plus GST, $165 Advertising fee and Rent paid until the room is leased again.

What electricity cost am I responsible for?

Electricity usage is included in the rental charge.

How much is the Internet / WIFI? Who is the provider and how much bandwidth do I have

Internet access and WIFI is provided by Vostronet and unlimited WIFI is included in your rental payments

Do I need to organise my own Contents Insurance?

No this is included in your rental payments.

For how long can an extra guest stay with me and what is the cost?

Extra Guests are not permitted in the room due to fire regulations

Are there any car park spaces or bicycle bays available?

There are no car park bays available however bike spaces are free.
