Yes. To secure a room, the Tenant must pay the first month’s rental Package and any chosen options.
Yes there are early termination fees and cancellations are considered the same as breaking a lease.
Student Living by UniLodge can arrange for the professional cleaning of your Apartment. Pricing is based on prepayment of cleaning prior to arrival.
Per Lease Agreement. The cost will be 2 weeks rent plus GST, $165 Advertising fee and Rent paid until the room is leased again.
Electricity usage is included in the rental charge.
Internet access and WIFI is provided by Vostronet and unlimited WIFI is included in your rental payments
