The Residential Life Program here at UniLodge @ UC is second to none! Our Program is overseen by the Residential Life Manager (RLM) for all UniLodge @ UC residents, and is predominantly driven by the leadership team. Our core focus for the program is designed to support and bring out the best in each resident through the activities and responsibilities on offer.
Based on a holistic framework, the program focuses on five key areas (Health, Wellbeing & Sport, Social, Sustainability/Environmental, Academic & Philanthropic/Community Giving) and is meant to make sure you stay healthy, connected, motivated at your studies and learn skills to maintain your wellbeing and build a future career.
To date, the work of our Residential Life Team has helped to build a sense of community at each UniLodge @ UC property. Throughout the course of the semester, we hold a large array of different, fun and inclusive events hoping to tailor to each resident in one way or another. These can range from social events through to career development such as CV writing and employer nights. We have run different events throughout the semesters such as dinner nights, bowling night, movie nights, art competition, paint ball, various day trips and so much more!
No matter what the size or type of event, our goal is to build an inclusive and inspiring community where our residents feel safe and gain a positive university experience.
CSP is an awesome initiative that brings together the Weeden community. Whether it be in movie nights, at Jamberoo or bowling, CSP has something for everyone to enjoy or bond over. I've made a lot of friends through CSP events and will cherish those relationships for years.
