We are located at 86 Bramston Terrace, Herston close to the Royal Brisbane Womens Hospital.
This brand new student accommodation will be open for inspection in early 2022. Please register your interest with us and stay informed of our opening timetable.
There are a wide range of rooms available at Lady Lamington and opening prices will start from a low $139 per week for a double or triple loft standard.
You will be able to make a confirmed booking in November 2021. Please register your interest with us now and we will be in touch once we are ready to take application.
• Once we have received your application, we will contact you by email to confirm your reservation. At that time, you will be required to pay a booking deposit equivalent to 4 weeks rent. The booking deposit will be part of your first rent payment.
• Before you move into UniLodge Herston - Lady Lamington, a bond equal to 4 weeks rent will be required.
• A cancellation fee of 4 weeks rent will apply to cancellations made less than 1 month prior to the start date of your lease (as per your letter of offer).
• Your initial booking deposit can be made by Bank Transfer or with our reception team in person.
