You get a single furnished unit with a kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Shared kitchen and dining areas are also available on level 6 and are equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. Cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery are supplied if required and are an extra charge. Common spaces, study areas and a laundry are available for use on level 6.

• Stay dates available between the 19th November 2023 to the 8th February 2024.
• Contract must end 8th February 2024. Resident must move out on this day or prior.
• The minimum stay is 3 nights, from $80 per night.
• Price is correct as of 10/11/2023.
• Linen is included in the nightly rate.
• Free Wi-Fi is included in room and around the property.
