Car Park Booking – Terms & Conditions

• Car park spaces are available to current residents and staff members of University of Canberra only and are subject to availability.
• Car park spaces (on a weekly or annual term) must be booked in advance.
• Car park spaces are not individually allocated. Use of space is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Management does not guarantee the availability of the same space for repeat use. 
• Car park spaces are available at a cost of $13 per week or $525 per annum.
• Fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by management.
• The car park booking is valid only for the agreed rental period and does not automatically renew unless confirmed by management.
• Vehicles must be registered, roadworthy, and fit entirely within the allocated bay. Oversized vehicles are not permitted unless approved by management.
• Access devices (keys, cards, remotes) must not be shared. Lost or damaged access devices may incur a replacement fee.
• Car park spaces are for vehicle parking only. Storage, repairs, or commercial use are not permitted.
• Parking is at the vehicle owner’s risk. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property.
• Residents must comply with all car park signage, speed limits, and instructions. Improperly parked or unauthorised vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
• Management reserves the right to revoke or reassign a car park space if these Terms & Conditions are breached or if the resident’s accommodation agreement ends
• Management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice.
