1. You must be classified as an eligible new resident at UniLodge South Bank.
2. The offer is valid for all new bookings received from 9/01/2026 – 13/02/2026 or until allocation is exhausted.
3. This offer is only valid for bookings made for a room in a 6-bedroom shared apartment.
4. Lease must commence prior to or on 13/02/2026.
5. Minimum lease must be 12 months to be eligible for rent free offer. 
6. The tenant will receive the 1 Weeks Rent Free, which will be applied as a rent credit at the end of the lease term. 
7. All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 2 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
8. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. 
9. This offer is valid at UniLodge South Bank and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
10. If you decide to break your lease during your lease term you will not be eligible for this offer.
11. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
12. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other UniLodge offer.
13. This offer is valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents.
