Terms & Conditions – QUT & UQ Offer – UniLodge South Bank

1. You must be classified as new eligible resident at UniLodge South Bank.
2. This offer is valid for all new bookings received from 14th December 2025 – 13th February 2026.
3. This offer is only valid on a room in a 6-bedroom Multishare apartment.
4. You must be a student at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) or The University of Queensland (UQ).
5. This offer is valid only if at the time of application you must submit the promo code “10OFF”.
6. If the resident isn’t able to provide a student number or proof of enrolment at QUT or UQ during letter of offer stage, UniLodge South Bank reserves the right to withdraw the rent offer for the resident – the application will still remain valid at the original rate.
7. Lease commence must be before or on 13/02/2026
8. The resident is eligible for a $10 per week rent reduction for the lease term, conditional upon all rent payments being current. The discount will not apply if the resident’s account is in arrears.
9. All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 2 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
10. This offer is valid at UniLodge South Bank and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
11. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other UniLodge offer.
12. This offer is not applicable via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents.
